Default spongy clutch

hey guys ive just changed the gearbox and all is well except the clutch is spongy and no matter how much we bleed it, its just staying the same, any ideas would be gratefully received

Did you change the clutch slave cylinder too? If you did it might be an idea to go back to the old one. I have bled the cylinder before to renew the fluid and it can be spongy for a day or two. Then with use it sorts itself out provided of course that it is lifting the clutch.

tryed both cylinders both spongey does engage cluth but still spongey
