Default wrx classic diff oil

Hi all , i have a 1995 wrx import , going to change the gearbox and diff oil , i have bought some 75w-90 castrol syntrax for the gearbox , is this oil ok to use in the rear diff , if not could someone advise a good oil to use , also does the classic wrx imort have a lsd? any help much appreciated

That oil is good for both the gearbox and rear diff. Your car does have a rear Lsd, it's a viscous type (same type as the center diff).

cheers mate , don't suppose you know how much oil it takes in the geabox and rear diff?

Yes, 4 Litres for the gearbox and 1 L for the rear diff (about 800ml actually).
