Judder from cold
Just bought an Impreza V reg, turbo 2000.
From cold start up in mornings I get a slight judder when lifting up the clutch and pulling away. When clutch is fully released it goes. It only lasts roughly a couple of minutes until warmed up then its fine for the rest of the day. I'm guessing its summink to do with clutch and hoping its not the gearbox or diffs!!!
Any ideas?

Fairly normal I think, I get the same on my bugeye. Some people recommend a proper launch which presumably removes some rough edges, I did try this once and it seemed to help a bit, but I guess will reduce the life of the clutch.
To be honest it's easy enough to live with, just use a few more revs and be gentle with the clutch and you can drive round it OK. Unless it's slipping then I wouldn't worry.
