I've just fitted a SS BB to my magnex centre with no resonator, has anyone else tried this combo and how did you find it matched up?
Until it was all tightened up the BB was rubbing on the rear driveshaft but after tightening its now a couple of cms clear. Mate with a wagon and full SS system had about an inch or twos clearance...........
Any thoughts/comments?

Hi Rob
No worries, glad they make the car look better. Ian and I did have to chuckle when you started your car - it sounded mental
Hopefully see you at a ScoobySnacks meet in the near future.
Cheers
Neil.

Scott,
Thanks for that, and could well explain the problem. The gap between the exhaust and driveshaft is half what it was with the Magnex BB, so if the SS BB is designed for a slightly longer mid section, when tightened up it would reduce the gap.
Anyway, seems fine, and a good job too, coz it ain't coming off, that exhaust note is very addictive
Cheers for the reply
