Default Starting problem - Link ECU fine, std not

Hi,

I have a Link ECU in my 94 WRX Auto and this works fine.

If I put the original ECU back in, the car doesn't want to start.

I know the Link doesn't use the MAF but is there anything else which could also cause this problem ?

Thanks

Gavin
