STI 8 6 SPEED INTO TYPE R.

Ive just put a uk 6 speed into my type r and need to know what oil is best suited for this box and R180 rear diff? Ive done a search but to be honest im confused as theres so many people using and recomending so many different oils!! Any suggestions?
