Fittint P1 box
Fitting P1 box next week and am looking for find out how i get a speedo reading from the P1 box when fitting it into my 1993 wrx which has a mechanical speedo.

I had the same problem when I fitted a 6 speed box to my type r. I just unscrewed the drive out of both boxes (be carefull as they are only plastic) and swapped the later type for the earlier mechanical type.

Be aware that the P1 box includes 1:1 transfer gears and a 4.44 front diff, so you're rear diff needs to be 4.44 as well.
UK cars have a 1.1:1 transfer set up and run a 3.54 rear diff as a result.
