I have a WRX conversion nearly complete, and I realized I don't know what the redline is on it. The car is a 1994 jspec WRX wagon...does anybody have access to this kind of info? It is a 5 speed, GF8B58D, engine type EJ20GDWINE, tranny type TY752VB3CA. 220 hp stock.

my jspec MY97 WRX Wagon redline ( and rev limiter ) is at 7000 rpm.
I believe your will be the same.

On a MY95 WRX 4 door the redline starts at 7000rpm, but the limiter is 7400 I believe.

Thank you for the responses, especially the one about the '94 WRX wagon! Does anyone know if any WRX's had lower than 7000 redline?

No, all GC WRX have at least 7000rpm redline.
