Newage STI Clutch

Newage STI Clutch
Hi,
Originally posted in General Technical, but no responses so hopefully more luck in here.
OK, I've tried searching but can't really determine much from what I've found.
Basically I've got an MY05 UK STI.
Its got approx 40,000 miles and I seem to have some sort of clutch problem.
I don't think its slipping, but the bite point has definately changed.
It seems to now bite when almost fully released.
Why has this recently changed do you think?
As I said, I don't think its slipping, but based on some things I've read while searching here I'll try some hard acceleration in 2nd, through 4th tonight on the way home from work.
Edit Bit:
Just 2 other things.
It was remapped recently by Mr. Forrest - but thats just coincidence I think
Previously had the PPP fitted, now its 335bhp/330lbft.
Now, the other issue is that there is a squeak when pressing the clutch pedal down.
This squeak is always there, pressing the clutch and release 2 or three times clears the squeak temporarily, but it will return back and can be heard say next time you are stopped and need to change gear.
Hopefully makes sense
Thanks,
Shaun

In the Exedy manual it refers to pedal "travel" adjustment...
I need to have a look and see if the master cylinder is connected by a threaded rod, allowing adjustment !
Will ask my "tame" mechanic tomorrow....
