Not sure on the strength of the box in question, although I always thought the JDM boxes were the stronger.
You would also need the rear diff too as the ratios need to match between front and rear drives.
Also, knowing what power it has to deal with may help get more answers.

will be running around 400 bhp and only doing about 3k a year,i think the 754 uk box has the same diff as my uk98, i have seen threads saying that jdm754 boxes are stronger but no mention about uk754 boxes
I think that at 400hp you aren't going to get many votes for the reliabilty of the box. Thats the HP where you need to think about PPG or a 6 speed.
