hi guys need some help was driving last week went from 1st to 2nd let clutch out and the gearbox sounded like there was broken bits in the box but the car would not drive in second it will select all gears apart from 2nd i can move the car 6 maybee 10 inches while in gear but the gearbox lock up if i put it into 2nd there is a grinding noise from something spinning but if i keep selecting 2nd and let clutch out it drives forward a few inches and locks again could it be a selector fork etc i have a new box on its way but its strange anyhelp will be greatly appreciated cheers scoobzie
