My mate didn't hear it go when it did during a launch (R-tyres, anti-lag, broke one on both ends)

So it doesn't stop you driving? Or is it best to not drive?

I've heard Bob R's went once on a test launch with his fav test road but that dug into the ground.

Its ok to drive for a while, just keep an eye on any noise increase, vibration etc. I am trying to find out where to get a replacement for mine cos its started to knock slightly.

mine went , snapped clean in half , couldn't have sawn it any cleaner

only 200 miles from home

doing a launch at a drag event , 6500 rpm, drop clutch and bang , followed by whiring . limped back to the pits , luckily Bob Rawle was with me who diagnosed the problem and did his best to sort it, but we just didn't have enough tools etc

so, got towed home
then towed to my sponsors garage , found a 99 uk being scrapped on e-bay so bought all 4 shafts for 100 quid

fitted f.o.c

always carry the other 3 with me now, the rears are sided, the fronts aren't, so i have a spare for each corner now.
