Gearbox rebuild
I have a 1999 WRX STI Type-R Version 5
I have a few mods but nothing major, (311 bhp @ 279 lb ft)
I think my scrynchro's in 3rd to 4th & 4th to 5th have gone (well atleast i think they have)
Are there any special tools or parts id need to strip the box down and reassemble?
For example is it circlips that hold the gears in, or diffrent type types etc?
It has DCCD remember
Any help/usefull info would be much appreated

Issue I think will be deceiding what is worn when you have it apart.

I know an old engineer that will do it for me, 40+ years experience will be enough 2 tell whats worn and what isnt.
So just after sum info on what stuff id need to get b4 hand (Appart from the parts that is)
