need 112mph limiter removing

Default need 112mph limiter removing

hi iv just got a 1996 wrx sti import but has the limiter on it. what is the best way of getting it removed. im from milton keynes and a jap place has said £140 including labour. is this a good price?

I know API supply the part needed, last time I asked it was around £75, supposed to be quite an easy job to fit just need to remove you clocks piggyback and refit

combining this with your other thread... the limiter can be removed with a remap

yes.. would be mapped to higher boost and fuel cut raised preferrably or removed.

Hi guys, I don't know if I'm in the right place if I'm not re direct me.
I'm a newbie, I have a 1998 forester stb automatic and want to know if the
(Pivot speed meter v) will work for me. The speed limit is now at 180 kph.
I need to get rid of that, have anyone used this device please let me know.

no problem... the esl board allows it to be mapped to just below the limit of the standard map sensor which is around 1.2bar.. or you can fit a newer map sensor and reconfigure the els board to use that and run lots of boost (with other mods to support).. or remove cut if using another form of boost control
