Lightbulb New clutch advice.

Im currently running a standard 99 UK Turbo with no major engine mods - only a blitz air filter. I tried to drive away from some lights but wouldn't go in 1st or 2nd, i had to check i wasnt sat in 3rd unfortunately i was defo in 1st! To get away i had to do a bit of revving and finally i was away with the dreaded clutch smell .
This has happened once before but it was a year ago. Now it isn't so forgetable.

Been looking around and i was just after some suggestions, i hear the EXEDY 230mm ORGANIC CLUTCH is good???

Cheers in advance for any help
