The clutch on my Sti is about to let go, will a standard uk item suffice (the car will not do any track days etc) or should I go for an uprated item, if an uprated clutch is required where is the best place to get one from ?

My STi4 one is up soon as well.
I hear that the AP organic clutch is a great replacement and this is what I will be getting when the time comes.
I'm advised not to go for the paddle clutch as this is too aggressive for the road but the "standard" plate type is better than the STi unit.

The clutch kit works out at around £400 (cover, plate and release bearing).

Neil.
