Which filter ??

My MY01 is completly standard at the mo, hovever my mate owns a rover 220 turbo, and fitted a K&N induction kit the other week. It now pull like a train, and sounds lovely.
This has now tempted me but there are so many on the market.
I've read in previous threads that the K&N has some kind of oil problem, so that is out the window.
Also I dont want a panel filter, as I need some more db's from the turbo.
I have noticed that the Blitz has no oil problems, but cant find anywhere that sells it. (Found some places in the US, but they were about $200 bit too expensive)
So what is the cheapest non oiled induction kit ??
Also dya rekon I will notice the difference with my standard exhaust ?
