Default gearbox replacement

MYOO UK gearbox running 325 torque with no probs no noises and in fine condition. I want to fit a 18g or a BIG 16g and i think the box would surely give up, what is the best option to take? and not so hard on your pocket.
Is there anyone that does part ex etc.
Thanks in advance.

There really is only 2 options.
You could have a 5sp PPG kit built in to your box = ~£3k
put a 6sp in ~£2.5

I went for a PPG as I am hoping to do some more drag racing. I have the helical kit 1-4 so its not too noisey and keeping the standard 5th.

DropShots.com

20g / 360 bhp/350lbft with AP organic, API flywheel and a stock Sti gearbox with racing slicks tyres. Been doing this for about 140+ starts.

Box is perfect.

ps: box and diff by API

On that spec you'll stuff TY754's as fast as you can put them in to it. we do bulk purchase 5 off or 10 off and have stainless steel wing nuts to fit them with if you wish.

Warranty ?
We call it a concrete warranty, as soon as you lift it off that bit of concrete over there........

Still saving for the PPG set, and permission from the wife

I think she said I have to break 3 standard gearsets before I'm allowed the PPG.
