if i buy a speedo converter and fit it, the car reads in mph also it removes the speed limiter. are the operating parameters of the japanese ECU programmed to perform with the above changes? i've been told yes buy a friend and have read that a remap is necessary. Does anyone know the answer????????????.

 

A remap isn't necesary, it doesn't remove the speed limiter, it just changes it from 180kph (112mph) to 180mph, so unless you can get to 180mph the limiter then has no effect.
