Default Gearbox oil, how much do I need?

Ive checked my owners manual but I must be blind as I cant find the answer that I need.

Does anyone know how much oil a standard year 2000 Impreza turbo (Uk spec) gearboxs holds? and while im on the subject how much oil the front and rear diffs hold?

Im looking at changing all the fluids but dont know how much oil the gearboxs and diffs take!

Help please.

The gearbox, which includes the front and middle diffs, takes 3.9L.
The rear diff takes just under 1L.
Always found castrol driveline syntrax to work very well in every scooby I have owned.
