I was going to talk to someone at my dealer about this, but their shop is closed for the weekend unfortunately.

My car has developed a grind on the 3-4 shift. It happens on every 3-4 shift at any speed, unless really jammed into gear. It's somewhat worrying me, and I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or at least heard of it.\

Thanks much all!

Sounds like your gear 4 syncro is worn. ??

If you match revs with double declutching, does the griding go away?

On hindsight, since your car is so new, wear may not be the issue. Aside from a possible manufacturing defect (of course, go to the dealer and make lots of noise - pardon the pun), it could be that the running in oil is not viscous or frictional enough for the syncro to work properly. Cheap fix would be to try a different tranny oil, one that specifies suitability with LSD's. My gear 1 used to crash while engaging 20% of the time in my previous MY00 (believe box design is the same), an oil change cured it completely.

Well, I have Monday off, so I think the dealer is going to hear quite a stink from me. As far as matching revs, I tried, and it seems to take away some, but it still grinds. I suspected the sycro too, but the car only has somewhere in the realm of 3500mi on it, and I should certainly hope it hasn't worn that quick.
