Default Do I have what I need for a 6 speed into classic?

I'm going to pop a 6 speeder into my 1993 WRX wagon.

I'll have the box with selector linkage, rear diff and prop from a UK sti newage. Is this all I need?
thanks

Make sure you take copious photographs, and get a thread up and running in projects

I think the rear diff from the UK sti is R180 where your car has the R160 diff. So therefore you'll also need the rear driveshaft and hub assy from the uk sti too.

The easier way is to find a R160 rear diff from a uk classic and sell on the sti diff. Then I think you'll have all tou need.

Thanks for the heads up on that, I'm assuming you mean I'll need to source R180 rear diff from a classic?
thanks

He means R160 from a UK classic as it has the same CWP ratio as the new age sti but will fit your driveshafts.

Understand now Many thanks for that. Might be able to get teh driveshafts/hubs from the sti, is there any advantage in using the R180 diff and changing hubs over the R160?
I'm assuming that the fronts will be ok as is?
thanks
