Depends on what tools you access to really, i have done it with hand tools and then taken the hub to a garage to have the new bearing pressed in but it would be much easier with a good impact wrench.

The suspension had to be cut off to get the hub off as the bolts were seized, ended up with a bill for £535 to replace a bearing ! Had to get the alignment redone as a result too.
