Default Plated Diff.

Can anyone tell me what oil i should use for a plated front diff? I have replaced the gearbox oil with syntrax and the diff has a "clonk" now! Found written on the diff LSD so i think its uprated.

Any help much appreciated.

I use syntrax syn 5 oil and no problems - diff will clonk when its tight - nature of the beast I'm afraid

Good Luck
