Default DCCD Friction and reduced fuel consumption...

Maybe me being paranoid... but has anyone else experienced a drop in consumption after switching on the DCCD?

I have no issues with it as it would seem logical considering there's definately some free wheeling loss when it's engaged..

I dont know for sure, but it would seem logical to assume that the more the DCCD is wound on the more transmission loss / friction is generated which I guess would have a "marginal" knock on effect mpg...?

All in all though, not something to have sleepless nights over...
