Ive got a 97 uk classic running 1.5bar of boost with all the supporting mods, fitted an exedy organic clutch which seems very juddery, the problem im having is it will now only boost to 1.3 bar in gears 1-3 but will hit 1.5bar in 4th.

After needlessly checking plug gaps etc and scratching my head i decided to check the return spring ( on top of the gearbox ) this seemed ok, so there i am pushing the lever back and fourth and swearing away to myself.

Anyway, took it for a spin and the clutch was totaly different, no judder? 1.5bar was back in all gears........ 10 mins later and it was back to normal, 1.3 bar in gears 1- 3 and a judder from the clutch.
Anyone got any ideas because this is doing my head in now

By the way, the flywheel was skimmed.
