Default New clutch reqd please

Anyone had a clutch done recently can give me a guide price for a swap for a new one.
Mine's not slipping yet but it is very worn as the biting point has crept towards the top of the pedal over tha last few months.
Cheers, Andy

Did mine myself as a learning exercise. Wouldn't recommend it unless you're skint

I can also vouch for the Exedy Organic from API. Excellent bite, no judder, and even better feel than the original one. David is a really nice guy and very helpful.

Cheers,
Paulo

Ive just had an Exedy twin plate comp clutch and light weight flywheel fitted. Excellent, told me it could cope with 600BHP. A little juddery when pulling off but you can live with it. Took it to Mr Clutch in Aldershot and they fitted both items for 240 quid. Bargin..

Todge.

Are you sure that you've got what you think? The Exedy twin plate is a lot more money than you have paid and then there should be a fitting charge.

Sounds suspiciously cheap to me - more so that Mr Clutch franchises are cheap and cheerful type of businesses.

Or did you buy the clutch somewhere else and that's just the fitting charge??
