my03/04 sti owners could you

please check your owners manual and tell me what gear and diff oil it recommends and if it refers to a mechanical lsd i have a my02 sti and just changed the oils for a castrol gl5 the car has lsd's fitted but the manual makes no referance to a mech lsd or a special oil. thanks
