Default Which Sealent

Which sealent do I need to use to seal my new gearbox when it is rejoined?
I have non setting universal blue to hand in quantity is this any good?

re-joined where??

if you mean to the engine then no sealant is used, if your referring to the g/box casings then you need a pukka liquid gasket.................

3 bond make the stuff that you want.

Either grey (drys hard but a bugger to get off if you ever need to) or black (still stays slightly plasticky). Sorry but cant remember the codes for them.

DO NOT USE any universal stuff of the hermetite/motor factors stuff. you will most likely regret it.

where will i get it from it is for the box casing.

carry in stock..................doubt you'll get it at Halfords
