Default R160 LSD - Clutch/Viscous help

Basically I am planning to fit an R160 diff from a subaru into my Datsun as it uses exactly the same diff casing. But which one do I buy?

I need to stick to a ratio of approx 3.9. I would prefer a clutch type diff as opposed to a viscous type. What type of CV joints do these diffs come with as I plan to use the CV inner joints on my existing shafts.

So what subarus come with the diff that I require?

EDIT - Also the diff needs to handle 260bhp at the wheels
