Hks 256 cams, worth it???

Im rebuilding my98 jdm type r and am wondering would the gains of these cams really be worth it? I can get them at a very good price so Im leaning towards getting a set, any input appreciated.

not compared to your existing STI cams, which are going to be very similar in duration.

Agree with Paul.
I used std Sti5 cams for up to 550 bhp on my 2.33. Turbo choice is far more critical.
