ive got a wrx ra my96... when i bought it second hand the peformance was stunning due to the vast amount of boost when you floored it.... however, if i accelerated hard above 85mph the engine cuts out till the boost drops. took it to c+k manchester
pete put in another ecu. second hand....
the car only boosted up to 0.5 bar then... he said this was due to piston rattle detected by the knock sensor.....
i then had new pistons fitted and all the trimings however, after the run in period it boosted to 0.6 bar now a month on back to the frustating 0.5bar. any ideas what i can do except put in my old ecu. been using optimax for about a month....
cheers molly

Molly, wrong section m8. You must have got confused with the new software. Try this in drivetrain.
