Default Clicky Diffs 2001 Jdm Sti 7

Im suffering with really clicky diffs during manouvres, Hard steering lock Etc.
The car has no Dccd & i have not heard any others doing this, could it be wound up somehow ??? or is this Normal behaviour ??

Are you sure its not a CV joint?

No, definately clicky Diffs, Cv joints are as quiet as a Mouse

Dean, thanks for your help earlier today. It's possible that the Japanese in their wisdom have tightened up your rear LSD. Particularly so, if it's got a plated LSD in. Best way is to jack up one rear wheel and see if you can turn it with moderate effort. You should be able to generate slip through a viscous diff. If it's plated and tight then ideally it'll need to be loosened. Last straw would be to try some proper LSD oil in it and see if that quietens it.

Plated diffs are always noisy if set up properly - just the oil masks the noise.
