Default STi Vi center Diff into MY98 gearbox...

Hi all

is tis possible put that diff into phase one style gearbox? On MRT are two one vor pre 98 and one for 99+ version so Iam not sure...
And whats are pros and cons od this mod please?

The centre diff housing's are different between phase 1 (98<) and phase 2's (99>) I believe. Better get the right one.

What other suspension/chassis mods do you have? I think (for phase 2's) that stock Euro centre is 12kg/cm, and STi is 20kg/cm. It's part of the equation to make handling more rear biased, but if you have stock set-up at the moment it's probably better to upgrade rear ARB first....and get the geometry set-up properly (it's ****e from the factory).

Powerflexed car/ solid links, Leda B, MTR top mounts, Sparco arm bar, Cusco 4 point on front, rear DIY bar. Ordered Quaife front diff just fwe days ago...

What is more biased? More understeer with no throtlle?
