Default spinning wheels?

Hi folks
MOT is coming up and been going through the usual checks.
Anyhow, when it comes to wheel bearings these seem fine, but should you be able to spin a wheel with just that corner jacked up?
I.E. I had each rear corner jacked up individually but not the front on the same side and wheels would not rotate, is this because of the AWD? Or are the brakes bindng? Incidentally the wheel don't get hot.

Thanks in advance
Nick
