Default Oooooooh! lightened flywheel

Just noticed a lightened flywheel on my WRX engine when I changed the headgaskets. I'm under the impression that the crank and flywheel have to be perfectly balanced on the ej20, could this mean an uprated crank? Any advice would be appreciated. Chris

It should be fine. Some people perfer to use lightweight pulleys when using lightweight flys.

I just have a lightweight fly.

There was a thread on v recently.
