anyone know any companys that are good and do the above!

Contact David @ API, im fairly sure they do gearbox and engine rebuilds.

There are lots of places that do them on an exchange basis and guarantee them. May well work out cheaper.

Or you could just buy a secondhand one from here or ebay. Prices start at around £300 depending on which box you need.
