Modified Fuel Rail
HKS Front Mounted Intercooler
HKS Induction Kit
Apexi Full System from turbo back
Apexi AVCR Boost Controller

On TD05, you shouldn't be hoping for much more than 330bhp/330lb, safely, I wouldn't have thought. Who are you getting to map? That will make a big difference to the outcome.

Clutch wise, I would put some money aside, as it will suffer from all the torque increase, and you will need to change it in the future. But I would worry about it once it starts to slip. Also, the clutch itself won't cost that much. make sure you find yourself a good garage to fit it for you, as the price for labour varies a lot, depending on who does it. Also, maybe you want to think about changing the flywheel, when you come to change the clutch.

I'm with the 320bhp/300 lbft brigade here on those mods, mapped.
Andy will get the safest, best out of them anyway!
