Default Changing clutch fluid.

99 UK Turbowagon.
Is the high level bleed nipple, near the front bulkhead and in the clutch pipeline there just for filling from empty?
Or does it need using when just changing fluid?
Thanks for any advice.

I guess you mean the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder? It is just used to bleed the system , refilling should be done via the main resoivor (bad spelling I know).
