Default Wheel sizes...

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how changing the wheels on my car to the follow specs would improve handling:

  • Making them wider or
  • Larger diameter alloys
Thanks
Frank

Making them wider will improve traction but may cause tramlining
Larger diameter will usually mean lower profile tyre's so... harsher ride, poss worse handling as less bump resistant...

Felstead will correct me

yes, well i want to make the car more stable at higher speeds. Its already seems to tramline alot on the stock tyres so I don't want to make that any worse
