Default fitted boost gauge, what boost should i expect?

morning. Just fitted a boost gauge to my MY95 wrx. it has exhaust/decat/downpipe and sti 5 intercooler.

Boost seems to peak at around 1 bar (sometimes just over), then drop to 0.9 bar.

is this about right?

cheers

Wink

Should be between 11.47psig(0.79bar) to 12.71psig(0.87bar) depending on which ECU you have fitted. The boost with the Decat and STi TMIC will likely be higher due to the increased exhaust gas flow and the lower pressure drop across the Intercooler core

Cheers
