Help

Can somebody have a look at this vid and give me a diagnosis on what could be the problem.
Started yesterday after a 700 mile weekend trip, which mainly was 80 ish motorway driving, followed by a quick blast on my private dual lane test track a few miles east of here
The engine oil is clean, no bits or mayonaise (sp?) in it, no oil burning, no loose engine shields etc, I know its not good but what am i looking at

96Sti 2 btw @ 52,000 miles

defo big ends.... do not drive it or you will do further damage.
