Cold Air Feed Questions
Hi all, my car is having its map adjusted on Monday by Pat Herborn at subaru4you (there are some spare places if anybody is interested), and to make the most of my session have decided to build a cold airbox. Having removed the resonator today, there isnt much room to get a big flexible pipe inside the inner wing and the only air inlet is used for a brake duct. Has anybody got any tips on what they have done already? can the brake duct be removed to allow pipe access to the front of the car with out any ill effects? If you have attached the pipe to the bumper how did you attach the pipe securely to withstand high air speeds?
Thanks in advance

Have you though about fitting an APS cold air induction kit ?
I dont know what MY your car is but there's one for a 98 in the for sale forum.
Failing that do a search for induction kits, there are some good links to owners web sites where they show a step by step guide along with pics on how to make your own !
