Question Decat downpipe - ok to fit without remap?

Hi all,

Thinking about fitting a decat downpipe, but haven't got the readies yet to invest in a TEK3 remap.

Basically, if I do have the pipe fitted, along with a knocklink should this be ok for the short term? The car is a MY99 UK Turbo, already decatted centre and Afterburner backbox.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

All the best

Dave.
