Default Need uprated clutch release bearing?

I have got an Exedy Organic Clutch plate and uprated cover to go on the car but no release bearing. The one currently on the car (std Borg&Beck/exedy) is low miles so presumably I will be able to use the release bearing from that? or do I need an uprated one?

If the one you've got is not feeling loose or rattly or feels harsh it'll be fine.

Thanks David.....just remembered I have a brand new std b&b/exedy release bearing knocking around, so that should be fine.
