It will fit if its a front entry converted one, it will need different water pipes though. The standard MY03 STi VF35 is good for 340~350 if your lucky, people have managed to squeeze a little more than this out of the TD05FE. IMHO there are better alternatives around than the TD series, i.e. Garrett cored Hybrid turbos which we can supply you with, the model is dependant upon your goals and current set-up

Are you sure you are making the most of that "Authorised Advertiser" tag Conrad
Paul, the TD05 can be supplied as standard with the pipes to suit your car.

Agree with rob if you were meaning the std 16G version ? TD05-20G is a different case though generally they max out 50/60bhp higher than a VF34 with similar spool up.
The higher power Garret hybrids will lose you flexibility but the skys the limit regards power.

Andy, I e-mailed you recentley, regarding your headers.
My Set-Up so far :-
APS FMIC
K&N filter
Gems (v unhappy with, but it was too expensive to waste)
full magnex de-cat
(it did have a PPP on first, so the fuel pump from that) 2k wasted
I am getting about 323bhp 280lb/f at Well Lane
333bhp 285lb/f at G-Force so much for WL reading high??
the car has always been down on torque!!
Was hoping for a solid 350bhp 350lb/f, without wasting another wad of dosh.
Would the TD05/06 20g do the job???????????

I heard today that Well Lane have had their rollers recalibrated (not sure when exactly)
20g would be up to that power no problem, torque would be pushing it if running plain optimax. Even from the 20G sceptics 370/340 seems to be the comfort zone for 97/98 ron 400/360 if dosing up on octane booster.
If you car is well down on torque from a similar spec car then i'd get the cam timing checked out.

Therein lies another bugbear, it was mapped by the same person who does most GEMS, who said it could only be done on the rollers at G-Force.
So a bit of a trek, but if it would fix-it, thats about 5 hours for me, have a bit chat, while it was put on the rollers, strapped down, wired up etc.
Now to the good bit, do a run, decide its the exhaust at fault. Only the full APS system would cure it????????????????
Do you have one - YES, can it be fitted, seen as theres not much happening today?? NO - If you had a quiet day, someone wanted to spend £1200 on a exhaust, could you make it work - I run a business, I know I would.
I would have to make an appointment, for next week...........yea right
Unstrap the car and drive 5 hours home.
At the time it had a sports cat from the PPP which was getting the blame, have since put on a magnex de-cat front pipe, which has made the problems slightly worse, ie. the turbo stalling making the car stutter even more
So to answer the question, the mapper who made a ***** of my car, insisted that a de-cat exhaust (APS £1200) would cure the stutter, and give the power I wanted is an ****.
PS these opinions are entirely my own, and people should make there own minds up
