Exhaust has too much play
Hi all,
Changed my rear diff and gear box oil yesterday. While I was under the car I noticed that my exhaust has way too much play and movement. I can quite easily push it over and hit it into the rear diff box. Any solutions or ways to keep the zorst more stable ? Is it ok to take some strong wire and 'tie' the zorst in a more fixed position or will this cause leaks etc as the zorst is meant to move about and have a little give ?
Cheers,
Ray
PS: I have heard a clunking sound from the back and although I have the dreaded STI7 rear clunk I also think this is playing a part in it.
