How much BHP/torque can this box expect to run before it starts to mash its self to bits?

 

BHP isn't the killer, torque is!

350 bhp and 340 torque on a good V4 box. The later V5 boxes were strengthened so will hold a little more. It all depends on how "sensative" you are with the box

Anyway get out and finish your Xmas shopping. I'm off to do mine right now!
