The system in question is the Afterbrner Vortex.

Has anyone out there got one of these systems fitted to there scooby and wot are your impresions about it????

Thanks

I've got the Vortex system on mine, also a Custom made front downpipe and a HKS Induction kit, sounds and goes mental now, couldn't stop smiling for months

I have a panel filter fitted K&N , you have to be carefull with the induction filters that you dont end up inducting warmer air into your motor than with a normal filter, you may need to fit a cold air feed as well, lots of people seem to think that unless you are running big power they are not needed.
No other engine mods as yet but saving for a re-map after crimbo.

afterburner vortex centre & angled back box on my93wrx of mine, sounds the dogs danglies, deep, throaty and when you open up it howls nicely!!! not to intrusive inside either suprisingly (unless i am hard of hearing!)

it rocks, well worth the dough!

for safety stick to a panel replacement!.

I have had one since they first came out on a full decat. Go for the angled exit and you will get surprising benefits to power.
Excellent quality by H&S. Deep and throaty and cracks thru the cold air this time of year.
Be warned it is loud in the cabin and if you go the full decat route get a remap.
