Frosts supply it, they're in Bolton or Blackburn or close by, but I don't have the number here at home. Its heat resistant red crackle SP204 in an aerosol about £7.99 for a can. Follow the instructions on the can to the letter and it will be perfect. As most of my STi engine customers will tell you - after we've done it for them.

David, how many cans do you use per manifold?

Cheers

Sorry Steven, just caught up with this. We don't use a whole can. But that assumes that we have it hot enough to stick and cover properly.

We heat them up with our shrink wrap gun. However you could fit it [ once cleaned] in a domestic cooking oven and get it hot that way. It's hot enough when you can't pick it up.

It really does do the job well. Just a bit more maroon-y than the STi pinky/red.
That's as good as it gets though.

Good luck David API Engines / APi Impreza
